The location in La Zona Colonial stands out, just a short walk from countless attractions like the Cathedral and Plaza España. My room featured a double bed and a single bed, accommodating three guests comfortably. Staff members were particularly great. Special thanks to Sandra for the breakfast, which she prepared with care. I faced issues with noise from the common areas and the air conditioning unit, which disrupted my sleep. There's also a lack of windows in some rooms. For the price, I expected a little more comfort and tranquility.

Ask for a room with a window to avoid a claustrophobic feel and enjoy more natural light during your stay.

No on-site restaurant.

missingWrote a review on 26 Octclean roomgood mattressnoisy surroundings
The room was clean and offered a basic level of comfort with a decent mattress. The location permitted an easy walk of a few blocks to Cathedral Square.
Some rooms lack windows, leading to a close, claustrophobic feel. Noise from common areas disrupts sleep, particularly for rooms near the kitchen where sounds persist late into the night. Breakfast options were minimal, only coffee available on some days, and the hot tub was unfortunately uninviting due to the cold water.

The staff, especially Carlos and Julio, were helpful and cute, making my stay feel like home.
The presence of rooms without windows can create a somewhat claustrophobic experience, so be sure to request a room with a window if that's a concern for you.

The hotel is perfect location. The highlight was really the really good staff, especially Sandra, who helped us every morning. Our spacious Family Room was comfortable enough for us all. Strong WiFi kept us connected. Don't miss out on a visit to Mercado Modelo for some unique shopping!
My wife says that a small playground would be great.

The room was super cozy with a nice view, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while relaxing by the pool. They also had a lovely patio where I could unwind with a book. The only hitch was that the hot tub was a bit too cold for my taste, but it didn't spoil my stay 😊

The hotel was equipped with a pool and hot tub, which was great for a romantic getaway. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. the location was in a prime spot for exploring the city, easily accessible to restaurants and shops.
The constant noise coming from the street made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. It seemed like there was always something going on outside, whether it was loud car engines or people talking loudly.
