The location in La Zona Colonial stands out, just a short walk from countless attractions like the Cathedral and Plaza España. My room featured a double bed and a single bed, accommodating three guests comfortably. Staff members were particularly great. Special thanks to Sandra for the breakfast, which she prepared with care. I faced issues with noise from the common areas and the air conditioning unit, which disrupted my sleep. There's also a lack of windows in some rooms. For the price, I expected a little more comfort and tranquility.

Ask for a room with a window to avoid a claustrophobic feel and enjoy more natural light during your stay.

The room was super cozy with a nice view, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while relaxing by the pool. They also had a lovely patio where I could unwind with a book. The only hitch was that the hot tub was a bit too cold for my taste, but it didn't spoil my stay 😊

excellent stay but some areas for improvement

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the garden view from my room was beautiful! The highlight was the friendly service from the staff, especially from Tanya, who provided a good breakfast in the patio every morning.

My recent stay at Suite Colonial was good. I felt at home. The location in the heart of the La Zona Colonial was perfect - I was able to easily explore all the main attractions on foot. The room I stayed in, although simple, wassuper clean and cozy. I loved the warm and cute atmosphere created by the staff, especially Sandra were really good to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast at the hotel was really good, with delicious and freshly cooked options. my experience at Suite Colonial was fantastic and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Santo Domingo.
